Our stay at Umthunzi was mostly enjoyable, thanks to the amazing staff who went above and beyond to meet our group's needs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, the reception could have been a bit more welcoming. The food was outstanding, making me wish I could eat there every day, which truly elevated our experience. Overall, a great venue for both business and personal needs, though some areas could use a bit more warmth.

My stay at this hotel had its highlights and a few disappointments. The rooms were comfortable, and I enjoyed a lovely sea view which added to the overall experience.
